Neve Elements is a pioneering range of software-controlled Neve audio processors, placing true analogue musicality back into the box.
Neve Elements is an ideal standalone system and can work independently from the 8424E.
Controllable by the dedicated Neve Elements Plugin and App, Neve Elements means your Neve is no longer defined by where the hardware is, and your system can be wherever you want to work.
Neve Elements brings the circuitry of the 88R EQ, 88R Dynamics and 1084 EQ into compact, standalone audio processors.

Each Element box contains an intelligent insert matrix that lets you combine Neve analogue audio processing with all your favourite outboard gear.
Software Controlled Analogue Hardware
Control every Element audio processor from within your DAW via the Element Control Plugin, with settings recalled instantly as part of the session, or reach for the same graphical control on the go with the Neve Elements App.
Nothing about the sound is emulated – you are breaking out of the box into authentic Neve analogue circuitry, precisely controlled and perfectly recalled, every time.

88R Dynamics
General Specification
• 88R Dynamics processor including compressor/ limiter/gate/ expander.
• Extra 25-way D-sub for sidechain key input
• 9 pin D-sub for sidehcain key input.
• Ethernet connection for DHCP/ manually assigned IP communication
Gate/Expander Specification
• RGE – Sets Range of the Gate or Expander and runs from 0dB to ∞.
• THR – Sets the Threshold at which the Gate or Expander should operate and runs from -30dB to 10dB.
• REL – Sets the Release time and operates within a range of 0.1 second to 4 seconds.
• EXP – When this switch is pressed, the functionality changes from being a Gate to being an Expander.
• FAST ATTACK – When this switch is pressed you can set the Attack time from being 1.5ms for 40dB of range (Slow) to 100micro seconds for 40dB range (Fast).
Compressor Specification
• RAT – Sets the Ratio and runs from 1:1 (off) to ∞:1 (Limiting).
• THR – Sets the Threshold at which the Compressor operates and runs from 10 to -20dB.
• REL – Sets the Release time and runs from 0.1sec to 4sec.
• FAST ATTACK – When pressed, changes the attack time from Slow (3ms to 30ms, programme controlled) to Fast (3ms for 20dB of gain reduction).
• GAIN – Post-Compressor Make-Up Gain runs from 0db to 16dB.
• Auto MKUP – Automatic Make-Up Gain for the selected channel. Manual Make-up adjustment is disabled while Auto is on.
